I went to two LBS's yesterday and was able to get a catalog, but they said the frames wouldn't be available for a few months!
anyone know the prices of the ultegra or dura-ace equipped models? 2300-3500 or so? thanks! |

Sep 14, 2002 6:58 PM | | One of the bike shops in my area already has a TCR Carbon in ONCE colors with a full Record kit. They also have a number of 2003 Carbons on the way. Maybe some shops get different treatment than others depending on how many bikes they sell.
Too bad I can't get a comfortable fit on the Giant compact sizes. They are blowing out 2002 TCR 0s for $1999 with full Dura Ace and Ksyrium SL kits.
The shop is in the Minneapolis / St Paul area if anyone is interested. |

brought my bike in for some minor maintenance and also to
peek at that lovely carbon.
They had a fantastic deal on the TCR2 - $1099. Also, the
OCR Elite with the Campy wheels, brakes and drivetrain (I
think Centaur) for $1399 - I've seen that bike for $2000
previously. It's a medium. They also had a TCR0 that was
calling my name (so was the carbon).
I also found out the inside scoop regarding the Bikemaster
guy they have in the TV ads. Amusing. |

When the TCR Composite 0 was delivered to the bike shop, they were 1 of 4 shops on the east coast to receive the Composite 0. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. |
