| Leg warmers | Aztecs Sep 14, 2002 11:22 AM | | Looking to add some leg warmers to my cycling wardrobe, Got any favorites? Any to stay away from? Looking at the Casteli's to go with my Casteli bibs. A bit more pricy. Not sure if they are worth it.

| where can you buy DeFeet kneekers? | bianchi boy Sep 15, 2002 8:52 AM | | I haven't been able to find DeFeet Kneekers since they had a fire in their factory last winter. I tried to order a pair from Excelsports and they said they can't get them. Anyone know a source? |

| re: Leg warmers | U of A racer Sep 14, 2002 9:57 PM | | I have a pair of Sugoi and Pearl leg warmers. Both work great. Make sure you get a pair with a bend in the knee. If you don't, they'll bunch up around the back of your knee. This place http://www.bicyclinghub.com/etonknewar.html
has a good sale on a couple different brands. The Etxe Onda pair look interesting because they don't have a zipper. Sometimes the zipper can dig into your achilles tendon. |
| Get all three types for $45 | hycobob Sep 15, 2002 5:10 AM | | I got the set of arm, leg and knicker warmers from Performancebike.com a few years ago for around $45 and liked them so much I got another set just to have as backup for muddy mountainbike races. It doesn't get down to the sub-zero temps down here but it does get really cold sometimes for a few days. |
