Sep 13, 2002 5:02 PM | | my foot NEVER comes out of the pedal during a seated climb. You obviously have the tension set too low on your pedal if they pull out that easy. Get it fixed and stop crying about your cleats. |

i saw on their arse were using red
cleats (i think this means they prefer
them- there again on reflection it could
mean pro's that use red look cleats have
