|I purchased a Motobecane from Bikedirect.com, chain broke, many front spokes broke, flexy wheel set, poor quaility control, poor paint, and the list goes on. Anyone else have any luck? Never return emails.|

|First of all, I'm very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience.
Take both wheels to a good wheelbuilder and have whatever service he recommends done. Shouldn't cost more than $50.00 or $60.00. Have a new chain installed $40.00. Together that's only about $100.00 so you are still money ahead.
Next, and this is VERY important, E-mail Bikesdirect.com and tell them how badly they need me to handle customer communications for them.

|Near as I can determine, they have none. You can't call them (no number listed) and they don't answer emails unless you're actually ordering a bike.
God's mercy on you if you have problems with a bike after a sale. And if it's a Fuji from bikesdirect, God's mercy on you if you try to deal directly with Fuji. They don't seem to have any customer communications either.
I think you have TWO job prospects there, Spoke Wrench.

|The bottom line is that you saved big bucks!
Who cares that the MBK megacorporation has absolutely no connection to the classic French made Motobecanes of the past? That's just a technicality.
Don't forget to brag to all that you got a really super deal!
