|Has anyone purchased from totalcycling.com?
I wished to confirm shipping rates on a purchase. Sent an e-mail, no response. Sent a facsimile, no response. Will call them soon!
Any good/bad/indifferent comments welcomed.

|They aren't good at answering e-mails. Not sure why.
Had two purchases, both went well.

|I just got my 381i from them last Friday.
Mike was great about answering emails but it takes 12 or more hours due to the big time diff.
I also called later once we had hashed out the main order.
Shipping is a flat 22 bucks no matter what the order is.
Which is great for a bike or frame even.
Anyway I have only the highest praise for both Mike & Adrian at Total Cycling.
Imagine Im in Hawaii & bought a French frame from a shop in Ireland! ;-)
By the way watch what time you call.
I called twice one call cost 20 bucks the other 2 or 3 bucks.
Time of day makes a big diff in rates (here at least)
Also 10pm here is 9am next day there (again here at least)
Lastly make sure to use the firstname.lastname@example.org address for fastest response.

|I have placed many orders and the shipping has always been $22. I have e-mailed many times and gotten quick responses. That has been my experience with them.|
|So far so good with them||Maartin|

|Two previous orders went fine and I just placed another order for clothes which I hope I get next week. They have great accents and are pleasant if you call them.|

|Two purchases from them using their website. Recieved the first one (Sidi shoes) in THREE DAYS!! I was astonished, so a month later when I needed new pedals, I went with them again. Took four days! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.|

|I'm thinking of getting a pair of Eurus. Their prices are good, even when you convert Pound Sterling into Pacific Peso aka Australian Dollars!
