Brake installation help needed.enclavecat

I just got a set of Ultegra calipers off ebay and had a couple of questions. Each brake has a knurled or ridged shim and a washer and then the mounting screw (or what ever you call that thing that comes through the back to tighten it down) that comes through the back. The washer on the front caliper is concave on one side so which side goes against the frame and what order do they go in from front to back. Would it be caliper, washer, shim, fork/rear brake mount, and mounting screw??? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

The concave washer is provided and is only used on forks or rear break bridge when needed. Is the surface rounded that the break is to be mounted to? If not ,don't use it. If so, it would go break-knurled washer-concave washer.
