It will leak out of your tires quicker. Helium is the smallest molecule known, and can leak out of tiny pores in the material that other, larger molecules won't fit through. There was a discussion about this recently, testing metal frames for cracks and stress fractures by filling them with helium and using a special sensor to detect leaks.
