I've just bought a new set of wheels, and I don't know how to install the cassette. I have a lockring tool and adjustable wrench, what do I need to do now?

You also need a chainwhip, which only costs $15-20. Follow the directions at Park Tool from the link Doug provided. Believe me, it is very simple to do. I am mechanically challenged, and I did it following the directions in my Zinn book. I could have saved a lot of money if I had learned to change cassettes a long time ago. Here's another lesson I learned the hard way -- if your chain is worn out, replace the cassette as well. I trashed a new chain by not changing the cassette, and then ruined the new cassette by not changing the chain. Sometimes you have to learn things the hard way.
