Any other vegetarian/vegan cyclists trying to avoid leather cycling gear? shoes haven't been too much of a problem, but have only found one kind of glove that has a synthetic palm (performance century; lorica). Most saddles seem to have leather covers. I've only found the San Marco Aspide (lorica) to be non-leather, but I've read some bad reviews. Can anyone provide a positive review of the Aspide, or suggest a similar saddle with a synthetic cover? Thanks.

Yeah I went through this too. Avocet, Selle Italia, etc. all make something without leather.

good luck,

I too went through this when setting up a mountain bike for my girlfriend(she's vegan, I'm not) and ordered her an Avocet. Nice product. That's the only one I know of that makes them. Take care
