After only 2 years the French Authorities are closing the investigation against Postal.
Man that was quick!
Anywhere else in the world & would have taken at least 2 days ;-)

The Frenchies look down on us un-cultued, slob Americans until they are occupied, then we have to go save them. Reminds me of somthing I recently heard: Question: Why are all the roads leading to the Arc d'Triompe (however it's spelled)lined with trees?? Ans: The Germans like to march in the shade!!!

they did help out back in the 1770's. Aside from that I did see a link somewhere that was about paving france. Pavefrance.org I think. It's hysterical. Might come in handy the next TDF when they start bad mouthing Lance again.

Same reason as at an Olympics or any other international event. You give blood you give urine. That is all there is except for the testing. Hence the 2 days ;-)
