My Sidi Genius 3's are GREAT, but my new 4's are killing me?James

I have ridden about 15,000 miles in my Genius 3's and loved every minute(added an insole pad). I just got my genius 4's and am having terrible pain in both little toe and arch areas. I added the an insole after the first painfull ride and it curbed the pain, but i came back with a striking force. I can feel it slightly at first, then after 40-50 miles, the pain gets so bad I cant pedal. Any suggestions?

this is a long shot, but I bought a pair of 3's last year and my right foot was killing me in the arch area. I had worn Sidi's before so could not understand why. it turned out that the right shoe was mislabeld and a half size large. CC exchanged them, the new pair was fine. don't know why a half size made such a difference, but it did.
