|I don't measure my legs per say. I simply look at output instead. I have spent an intensive eight months in the gym and am happy to say that I have increased my squat weight to a touch over four hundred pounds. Now I can leg press pretty close to a thousand pounds.(one rep max of course)
This coming from a starting point of 260lbs. and 500lbs respectivly. Seems like I have put on eight to ten pounds of muscle on the lower half of my body. My endurance has suffered but if I am with the pack at the end of the race I can rest assured that I will contest the sprint. I remember You saying that you utilize mostly your quads when You squat, and that your mas lift has suffered because of this. So have you concentrated on building the related muscle groups? I had the opposite problem as I have very strong back and glut areas, just had to build those quads.
So what have you been doing lately? any racin'?
