Holy scats what a cool website! A cycling webpage had a link to another site that contained pictures of European mountain passes as it contained a couple of pictures of a new climb to be used in next year's Giro. Check out this picture of the Stelvio! The website is:

Makes me want to hop a plane with my ride RIGHT NOW!

Unfortunately no, there are no alpine passes in my back yard, nor even in the region in which I live. Our longest climbs are 3-4 miles and do not have anything like the kind of scenery shown on this web page.

Further, the Rockies are impressive, and I love to play on them, but the Alp's they are not.
