|I have the Cat Eye Enduro 2 computer. It is the same as the Mity 3, only w/a more durable wire for mountain biking. I've been swapping this magnet between my wheelsets(one set of knobbies, one set of slicks) and am getting sick of it. I had ordered a magnet from Nashbar but it was shaped differently and designed to attach to two spokes, and didn't work. This magnet attaches to just one spoke. It simply screws on. The backing part is made out of black plastic. My LBS didn't have any for sale but gave me a used one they dug up from the shop. It also isn't the same as this one. It is all metal and a bit heavier, too. Should I email Cat-Eye? This shouldn't be so difficult.

|Cateye part # 169-9691. My bad on the price, it was actually $3.|
|Minimum order $10 + $4.95 shipping, a lot for a magnet (nm)||Breakfast|

|I want to trade you for the other one you have. I also have the enduro 2. It's weird, I've bought a few of the enduro 2 over the years and sometimes it comes with the magnet you have and sometimes it comes with the one I have. It will only cost the price of a stamp if we swap. If you are interested, post your email address so I can contact you and we can sort out the details there.
|I only have one magnet. I returned the other to Nashbar. (nm)||jtferraro|

|...buy a package of small round magnets from Radio Shack for about a buck and use a tiny zip tie to hold it while you epoxy it to the spoke. It won't hurt anything and it will simply crack off when you want to remove it.
I'd like to have several of these Cateye magnets but I've got this system that works when I don't feel like looking for a mail order house for a silly magnet.
