|OK so I use my 510 to do intervals and sprint training, but I want to use it to do "zone" training. I just want to know if I am going above or below a certain heart rate range. My thought was to program in a interval like routine for a certain distance, 1 mile low heart rate, 10 miles target zone, 1 mile cooldown. But that is rather clunky and not flexible for other distances, any thoughts on a better way to do this ?

|You have to make a exercise set similar to an interval set, only choose interval off (BasicSet). Then program the zones you require and you're done. To switch zones while riding hold down the top right button and release. Repeat until the desired HR limit is displayed.|| |
