Twinlab's "Glycerol Fuel" is 99.7%pure phar. grade glycerol that can help you superhydrate by drawing water into your muscles and body: 2-3 tablespns/2 cups water, 2-6 hours prior to exercise or competition.....I take this when the temps are in excess of 95°.

Just buy glycerol from the chemist or super market for much less.

Follow the protocol at www.jbst.com/factsheets/glycerol.html if you are not sure what to do. Be careful if you get the loading wrong you can dehydrate.

It can add something to a long ride or TT in the heat.
