Beside Big Mig 2 others are Abdou (not JaJa) and Tony Rominger (not Chiappucci). So which year is it? ;)
I'll take a stab:lonefrontranger

1994. Abdouzhaparov won the green because that was the year JaJa took his face off on the barricades.

Djamolidine Abdoujaparov, the Terror of Tashkent is the give away together with Rominger who may have lost the race in the the first ITT when due to an early start, he hadn't ridden the Tour in years due to allergies, he had really wet conditions. If I recall, he beat Indurain in the final ITT that year. For those who remember, he rode a Colnago BiTitan with Mavic running gear and dt shifters. BTW, where's Jaskula?

he did best Big Mig in ITT. He also beat Mig's 1hr record in '94 and won Vuelta 3 times in a row and '95 Giro. '93 was his year, he should've won

Since you won the trivia, here's your prize

Posters of Tony happily grace the walls of my cycling/rock and roll shrine. He was a phenomenal rider!
He's an agent nowmr_spin

He handles contracts for some top riders now. I believe that's how USPS got Heras from Kelme. Lance is friendly with Tony, Tony represented Heras, some money changed hands and the deal was made. I think Tony did the Ride for the Roses one year, too.
