Where is the best place to find training advice/information for road cycling? I just started riding a few weeks ago, averaging about 30-40 miles/ride 3-4 times/week. Currently, I am riding for fitness and enjoyment.

I feel I am approaching the point where my base mileage is sufficient to increase my intensity and would soon like to add more structure to the rides to get the optimal workout.

Is there a particular book or website where I can get some guidance regarding my training? I have read Fitness Cycling, Chris Carmichael, and Serious Cycling, by Edmund Burke.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

Try:

and

for a few tips.

Search amazon for cycling books. There was a post about a couple of good one about 2 weeks ago so search this site.

Meanwhile, just start increasing the milage you do.
