|measuring a plumb line from your tuberosity or whatever the hell it is through the pedal spindle means diddly, but I have come to believe that changes in your center of gravity on the bike, over the BB, can effect your efficiency through changing certainly a bike's handling, how you operate the controls, and even how force is transmitted through the pedal stroke (the last of which I was having the toughest time swallowing; the others I accepted, but not in terms of efficiency). I believe that there probably is an optimum position for the center of gravity, although I have to believe that it is a combination of all of these dimensions (and probably changes from bike to bike unless the bikes are EXACTLY the same -- weighted the same, etc.) that matters, not one dimension of singular importance

I should have done the race on Saturday, but MY WIFE promised YOUR WIFE to meet her at the gym, and we both were too tired and cranky to reach an agreement.

|We did not originate the germ in my house. I never did that kind of biology and I don't even do science anymore.|| |
