I believe i need a frame with this geometry:
55cm TT
48cm ST Center/Top
15.5cm HT
is this too sloping?
wonder what you think
sounds like compact geometry to me....nmDave Hickey

Not weird.

I would actually like something for my self that has measurements of:

58.5cm - 59cm top tube
48cm seat tube
15.5cm head tube

On top of that I would like a 74 - 74.5 degree seat tube and a 73.5 degree head tube angle.

This is more on the strange side of sizing.

Your dimensions actually sound like a lot of medium sized compact geometry/sloping top tube bikes out there. For large manufacture frames look at Giant, Specialized, K2, Masi or maybe Bianchi. Higher end bikes from Merlin, Seven, etc. should be able to work for you as well.

your frame measurements are really compact!
think i go for:
55TT
52ST Center-top, about 47 Center-center
15.5HT
73°/73°
105mm stem
scandium aluminium

you have to go custom, have you decided which manufacturer?

thanks for your reply
