It was somebody selling an electric guitar. The ad was quite funny.

The ad went on about how some people will buy anything, and to test this they had taken this miserable guitar, run over it several times with their car, beat it up completely, and now wanted to sell it!

It got bid up to (I think) 14 bucks, with buyer pays shipping.

I am going out to my shed and see what kind of junk I can sell!

I saw a guy selling a Cannondale road frame with the dropout broken off completely, but don't worry: He "fixed" it with JB Weld!! He said the JB was holding it fine but you could take it to a welder to have it fixed. I was going to tell him about heat treating aluminum but I figured anyone dumb enough to buy the frame deserved the consequences. The guy was probably the original owner and could have gotten a new one under warranty..

Hands down, the funniest ad I saw on ebay was for an "Ass Kicking". The guy said the winning bidder would just have to give him the money, your address, and traveling expenses and he'd show up when you least expect it and kick your ass. A few people bid on it, I don't know what it sold for...
This would be it =)aeon

This guy rates a "Gold Star" from the ever diligent folks at eBay. This may say as much about eBay as Spooky308. Think twice before you deal with either of them.
