Has anyone hear ever painted a wheelset. I want my cyclocross bike to have red wheels, so I was wondering if anyone has ever painted their wheelset. And if anyone has, instruction on how you did it and how the wheels turned out would be much appreatied. Thanks

More durable than painting.

Either way, may not be worth the cost.
Usually cheaper to buy new rimsszybki

YOu gotta tear the wheels down to paint them anyway. Just buy new rims, it'll be cheaper and the results will be better. BTW, regular Krylon, or even epoxy spray paint, won't hold up on bike wheels.

Velocity rims come in colors and I think Open Pro rims also come in red.
