I swear it's the same sucker that brought me down 3 weeks ago, two more patches, and he's an ace. Every since my accident, I ride slowly through the area where there seems to be a lot of these critters. The other day, I saw one along the road munching some wild flowers. I went by him very slowly just to see if I could see some damage to his coat, and yes, there seem to be some torn-up fur. It sort of (really had to use your imagination) resembled a bike. As I was passing him (about 3 feet away), he turned, reared up, and snarled at me. I figured, okay, so you're the one who took me down.

This spring when the new litters abound along the trail, I plan to make speed bumps out of them.

By the way, my separated shoulder still aches, along neck tightness and discomfort. But I'm riding, albeit at a slower pace.

On the Philly bike path I must see at least 5 each time I go out. They're everywhere, I'll ride withing 2 feet of them as they sit and graze and I wont have a problem. You got snarled at! Maybe he has rabies? Maybe yours arent dommesticated as ours? I wouldnt run one over if I were you, that would be a big speed bump. Deer on the other hand I've had problems with as well as kids looking down while rolling joints and little hommies on bmxs who cant figure out the passing on right thing.

it was a jack russell terrier. Luckly no endo rolled him nicely just like a 10" log wrapped in pillow ;) wild critters (rabbits, groundhogs, quails, etc) seem to dislike human voice and freewheel noise
