Hey Thar Folks,

What lighting system do y'all recommend for a road biker to use in the early morning darkness?

Thanx

I have Night Suns and Performance lights. Both are excellent. However, the Perf lights are much more white, were half the price of the NS's, and come with Perf's lifetime guarantee.
You can spend a lot of money if you wish - $400 on a set. However, get one on your head and two on the bike from Per for less than half.

Performance lights are made by Marwi and you can see more detail at www.marwiusa.com. The only differences I can see are that Performance specs a gray battery bottle, while Marwi uses black.

I have the dual-beam Kamikaze for my commute bike and am very satisfied. You can get the best prices on Marwi at www.bikerbob.com. IMO Performance/Marwi is the best bike lighting deal by far.

I've tried many. These work great. They are simple and relatively cheap. I'm using them every morning at 5 a.m. now.
