| San Francisco G.P. | Fr Ted Crilly Jul 29, 2002 11:35 AM | | Are there any plans for another race this year in September after last years successful event? And if so, are there any entrants confirmed yet? |
| Yes, Sept. 15th. Don't know about entrants though. (nm) | czardonic Jul 29, 2002 11:44 AM | | |
| Try the sponsor's web site. I think it was BMC software . . . | morrison Jul 29, 2002 11:46 AM | | or some other similar acronym. I haven't heard a thing about it this year. |

It's happening, I watched it last year, saw George make the winning move on Taylor Street to the incredible roar of the fans. Best way to watch the race is on bike so you can check out the course in different locations. You can test yourself on the 2 climbs by riding the adjacent streets. One time is usually enough.
On the day before [Saturday], come out and watch (or race) the San Rafael Cycling Classic just north 18 minutes of San Francisco.
