Are these the best alround wheels?Tim Field

Forgetting cost and full custom builds I've just noticed the Zip 303 Z3 which weight 960 grams per pair!!! and they're aero. They sound absolutly amazing... Are there any others that compare (I haven't found any yet). I know Campag do an expensive wheel but it doesn't look like it's as aerodynamic and is around 200g heavier...

They do look like a winner but Zipp says they are only going to build 200. At $2799 for a pair at Bulltek Sports they are up in price with the ADA or Lightweight wheels. Nimble makes a wheel that's not quite that light 1250g at $750. Now, how can I get my wife to believe that I need a pair?

They seem a bit extreme and specialized to me. I'm more than happy with about the 1500g set that I don't have to worry about.

are absolutely fantastic: Velocity rims, Sapim X-ray (flat, steel spokes...20F/24R) and American Classic ultra light hubs...he replaces the bearings for longer wear...1430gms/pair and rides like a Rolls Royce...$555 for all black and shipping....(I also have Ksyrium SLs...but am prejudice towards the Dave's)
