Jul 22, 2002 12:28 PM takes away from the monotenous sounds of Lincolns jazzed up commercials. "down goes Ullrich...down goes Ullrich...and Lance wins The Tour Dee France!

P.S. I never want to see a navigator again

It almost makes it hard to take him seriously on the OLN 'cast, but who cares. My dream commercial now is Bobke riding through the supermarket parking lot during the rain storm, hitting a huge puddle, and spraying that beeyatch right before gets into her Navigator. Groceries everywhere.

Doesn't sound too APPETIZING, does it?

Amen.... I'd love to see ol' Bobke run over the condescending "Aren't we feeling grown up" lady from the other Lincoln masterpiece.

Few vehicles in the world run more contrary to the spirit of the TDF than the Navigator. It's slow, has no endurance, and would run out of fuel climbing Le Mont Ventoux. And it's more ostentacious than a Mapei jersey.

Clearly need more Bobke ads...
i love his "feeeedbaaaaaag"(nm)rufus

I went to a friend's house to watch one TDF stage. After seeing those two damn Navigator ads about 60 times in one night, I said "thank god I don't have OLN--I'd go crazy watching those commercials."
the "road to the TDF ones" from Trek are pretty annoyingColnagoFE

not for the commercial itself, but by how often the run know the one:

Austin to France! There goes Lance!
