During my commute this AM it seems that one of the screws attaching my SPD cleat to my shoe came out. Possibly at a stoplight or something. To get off the bike I had to take off my shoe, leaving it attached to the pedal. When I try to turn the shoe to disengage it, the shoe turns but the cleat remains facing forward. Any ideas on how to get the shoe/cleat out of the pedal? They are Ritchey Road pedals, if that matters

I've used a screw driver to push on the cleat and get it to rotate. That's really the only fix (regardless of the tool of choice). Not an uncommon problem when cleat screws loosen over time.
