What could I do to fix it? Could I just leave it?

Sorry to hear about your dilemma. I don't think there's a thing you can do other than sending it back to Trek and seeing if they can replace the tube.

I personally would not ride a carbon bike with any visual defects. The head tube (unlike the seat tube and seat stays) is structurally important to your bike and load bearing. If this tube goes you are in serious trouble.

I had a chain stay go on a 5200 and almost did not notice it. I still managed a spirited ride home - ten miles away.

I would call Trek and see if they can replace the tube.
