|I've read reviews on the Mavic Ksyriums, and they are supposed to be great. But they are just too loud a looking wheelset for me. I really like the Bontrager Racelites, but the reviews don't seem as good.
Does anyone have any other suggestions? Since I am upgrading, I of course am looking to go lighter than my Mavic Opens that I have now.

Speedream Aerolights: 1400 g a pair for clinchers. Aero, light, stiff strong. I've got 4000 miles without problem. www.speeddream.com
Velomax ascents: always get great reviews.
Ksyriums: Peel off the big stickers, then they will have an understated look.
I have a set of Mavic open pros with campy record hubs. My guess is that they come in around 1800-1900 grams. Going with the K's won't save much weight - maybe 200 grams. I don't know anything about the Bontragers.

|Try http://www.oddsandendos.com/ for some light wheels. I haven't bought any yet but those who have really like them and rave about the build quality.|

|It depends on how light you want to be. You can get Nimble Flys at 1200 grams for average weight riders. The Mavic Ks seem like lead weights compared to them.|| |
