|I've heard rumors that lance is riding a Calfee now. Can anyone confirm or deny?

|No friggin' way it's a Calfee. Both look distinctive enough. Maybe only second to the Cervelo/Look distinction.|

|Ya gotta admit the similarities... and rebadging of bikes is a very common practise in cycling. Who knows! This is something the conspiracy theorists will have fun with. :)

|That's the craziest thing I've heard in a long time. Lance and Trek are nearly one entity these days. He's probably sold more bikes for them than all other advertising combined. Not to mention we've all seen closeups of his bikes, and they look nothing like a Calfee.

|some regional Trek rep. Calfee aparently designed the bikes to look more similar to the Treks by cutting out the batwing section they usually have. Lance also used a Litespeed TT bike in '99 I believe.|

|Why I have no idea but there could be something he doesn't like about Trek's that they cannot rectify. Who knows!

|Lance's TREK is not even close to the look of a Calfee. No where near. Not that I would mind if he were riding a Calfee, mind you. It's a much cooler bike, in my opinion. Now, as to whether or not Calfee had a hand in designing that Trek is a different story. But those two bikes...the 5900 and the Calfee whatever...Dragonfly, Luna, Tetra, whichever one...look nothing alike.|
