|I have been playing around with my pedal cleat position (look) and have been experiencing a pain in my right knee.
The exact location is just left of the knee cap and under the muscle on the inside of the knee. I am wondering if this can be cured by moving the pedal front/back and/or left/right, etc. Is there some formula or prescription for pain on this side or that that says move the cleat this way or that?

|That type of pain can be relieved sometimes by raising the saddle. Have you tried that?
