Quick fix for knee pain?(4 posts)

Quick fix for knee pain?Dark Sonix

I have been playing around with my pedal cleat position (look) and have been experiencing a pain in my right knee.

The exact location is just left of the knee cap and under the muscle on the inside of the knee. I am wondering if this can be cured by moving the pedal front/back and/or left/right, etc. Is there some formula or prescription for pain on this side or that that says move the cleat this way or that?

Thanks.

That type of pain can be relieved sometimes by raising the saddle. Have you tried that?
