Yes, I subscribe to The New Yorker - it's my tenuous link to civilization. I'm sorry but it's lonely out here in the desert.

Not a bad article, focusing mainly on his recovery as "the greatest comeback in sports history."

Over and over its emphazized in this article he is the hardest worker among pro cyclists. Very gifted and the hardest worker.

The New Yorker was sitting in a pile of bills, forgotten while I read Cycling Plus.

Good article. I would recommend it for anyone's non-cycling friends, as it gives a good overview of cycling tactics, as well as Lance's cancer, physiology and dedication.
