|I bought some shoes a couple of days ago and after reading all the opinions about leaving enough toe box room, i think i ended up buying shoes that are too big. With socks on and my foot in the shoe, i can just squeeze my middle finger into the back of the shoe. I have used the shoe twice and each time i have suffered cramping after 10 miles. I have played with the 3 straps and some positions seem better than others. Are the shoes too big? If so, is there a solution (like a DR scholls pad)? Thanks.|

|... but yeah, try a Dr Scholls insole. I was in the same situation with a pair of Sidi - 46 was too small, 47 just slightly too long but width was good. I bought the Dr. Scholls sport insoles (blue with red heel and forefoot pads) and that solved my problem. Still using the combination after approx. 2 years.

|Thanks for the lone reply. I am on my way to Walmart now to pick up the insoles. Will let you know how it works out.|| |
