Please recommend a shoe cover for wet weather riding...maximum15

I have just started commuting and already know I need some sort of shoe cover for those days I will have to ride home in the rain. A quick check of Excel Sports shows there are many to choose from. If anyone can recommend or criticize any of the available choices, I would appreciate the input. I am in Florida, so I don't need warmth, just dryness. I probably should spend some time asking the LBS what they would recommend, but feel the comments here would be less biased. Thanks in advance, Ken.

These seem popular among the bike couriers in our town ..

My solution is gore tex socks only, let the shoes get wet. The only hitch is you need a rubber gasket, something like kayakers use to seal around the leg and cover the top of the sock. This is the only thing I have ever found that will keep your socks absolutely dry.
