Notice that shot of Ludo Dierckxens striking a classic pose; notice, especially, the position of his left leg.
Is that the correct angle that your knee should be bent at when on the down stroke?
(I don't think mine are bent like that.)
Now, let's turn to page 30 of the July Cycle Sport, please.
Notice how Armstrong's Trek appears not to have the cable for the front derailleur? (I've noticed this in other photos of him in the past.) However, the cable is clearly visible in the shot of Lance on page 28.
What's this all about?
