Yeah, they are an Australian Company and sell through some independent reps in the US. Mostly CA I think. I don't think they make their own frames, they are made in taiwan and finished by EPX. But that is pretty much the way everybody does it unless you buy really high end. I've seen the 303 model and it looks pretty good (althoug I didn't get to ride it). I guess they make the same model with Ultegra, 105, or Tiagra kits all with the same frame. If you get one make sure to post a review on here.

I have a cat 2 friend who rides one and likes it alot. I'm pretty sure that the frames are made by the Leader bike factory in asia (Taiwan?) which is owned by Leader Bike USA (www.leaderbikeusa.com). If you go to their website you'll see that same frame with the Leader name on it. From what Leader told me (without mentioning any names) is that they developed the frame to sell under the Leader name, but they had unexpected oem demand for it so they're holding off for a while on selling the frame direct (if at all). The frame is apparently being used by Argon 18 (canada), Scattante (supergo house brand - I think), BP Stealth, and Casati (in Italy only).
