What "legal" supplements do pros...BC

use. It is almost like those guys are not human. I've seen pictures of Lance where he looks like he has a nice upper body and huge legs, like he would weigh 180lbs. They train, I know, but they have to be on something to be looking like that.

Let me first say that I am no pro, (a mere cat 3) but I have 25 inch legs, 34 waist, 6 feet tall, and 180 pounds... Spend 15 hours a week on the bike and a couple of hoppy beers after dinner and you will look like a bike racer soon enough. Anyone who trains enough won't be as fast as the pros, but you will look like a biker with pencil arms and big legs. I used to be big, and never thought I would ever get below 200, but if you ride enough your body will start to look really strange compared to what it used too.

The other day Lance was interviewed and said that he takes an IV solution every few days.
Read Doug's thread about Lance's training regimen.look271

Do that and I'll bet you'd start to look like him (maybe not ride like him, but LOOK like him =) )
All I have to do is READ the thread?SJMatt

To look like Lance, I just need to read Doug's thread? That's awesome! Nice work, Doug. Thanks for sharing it with the rest of us.

Ok, you actually would have to FOLLOW the regimine.look271

I was really looking forward to and preparing for reading that thread; resting up, getting my energy drinks and recovery shakes ready.
