|I haven't ridden a road bike since I was 12-13 riding my father's much to big for me Panasonic 10 speed. I've been riding mountain bikes for a few years now and I think that I should start looking at a road bike as a nice compliment to my mountain bike. The only problem is that I a bit cash strapped right now. not severly so, but I can't exactly go out and buy Colnago right now. Right now i'm just kicking the idea around in my head. I might go road, track, or cyclocross at this point, I have to get out and start trying out frames. But I was hoping that you guys could suggest a few rides at or under the $700 price range. Thanks alot in advance guys.

|If you were even a little witty - versus a the half wit you exhibit - you might be enjoyable. As it is, you're just annoying.
If you ride as poorly as you write, you're probably walking.

|I was reading the new Bicycling magazine on the airplane today, and they had great things to say about the Iron Horse Cyclone. The bike costs only $450!
I have absolutely no idea if the bike is any good, but found it amazing that such an inexpensive bike would be so highly praised. "7 words about this bike: Aggressively priced. Honest, decent handling. Almost raceable."
Might be worth checking out...
