The name "newbie," just sounds so sissyish. May I respectfully suggest that from now on all newbies should refer to themselves, as Phil Liggett would say,
"NEOPHYTES."

Some of us, someday, will be fast...you never know when you'll need a favor. Develop good karma and please the cycling God's by training up those fledglings around you. Always being patient and wise and teach guide them in the ways of Lance. That way you, when you are old and feeble, your protegies will treat you favorably and not drop you.
