Online stores like Performance ( http://www.performancebike.com/shop/Profile.html?SKU=12606 ) and Colorado Cyclist (I think) sell jerseys with a blank area on chest and back for screen printing club logos and such. That would be a cheap, no frills solution.

The other end of teh spectrum would be http://www.voler.com/ which offers fully custom jerseys and shorts. Much more elaborate although more time consuming and expensive.

Thanks for the info.
A couple of years ago the team went with the cheap way and teh jerseys suck and fo not breath very well. I personally perfer to spend a little extra to get a jersey that breathes well and will not get thrown in the back of the closet and never worn again.

as a past manager of women's teams (small teams of 6-12 folks), the minimum order thing has been a headache every time.

Voler is indeed great but they (and many other mfgrs.) have a 25-piece minimum *per item* (tops and bottoms are considered separate items) to do custom screened team kit. I would only go this route if you know you'll have enough participants and/or can sell the overrun at the event. Or your design is so nice that your LBS partner can sell them for you (don't count on this).

Other things I've discovered:

The wait can be very long for custom work. This time of the year isn't the worst (January is), but I'd still estimate you're looking at 8-10 weeks turnaround. Things get even slower when you're flailing around trying to e-mail photo-ready logos / artwork and proofs back & forth, someone you need this stuff from goes on vacation for 2 weeks, etc. etc.... Be prepared to pay at least 50% up front before any of the work is even done. For a 25-piece order of shorts and jerseys, you are talking well into the thousands of dollars..

Good Luck

Our team uses them. They are great. I have grown to like their stuff more than all my PI stuff and just as much as Castelli. DeMarchi is another one that can do it.
Just did this for our MS150 teamScot_Gore

Matt,

Just finished our MS150 ride on the 8th. We had custom jerseys made from SUGOI. Had a great experience with them. They were responsive and prompt in all dealings. Our order was for 72 jerseys and the price came in a slightly less than $60.00 per jersey with some artwork in that price. My contact info is all at work, I'm sure you can find them on the internet. I don't know when your ride is but if it's before September....GET GOING!!!!!

Good Luck
