|Big Toes getting numb||avitar|

|Thanks all for hearing all my complaints and helping.... No more knee pain now that I got my seat high enough, BUT my big toes get numb after about 30-40 minutes of riding. I am now able to do 3 laps non-stop in Central Park (1:00:03 last time out) but the longer I ride the more I am noticing the numbness ... it is not preventing me from riding,, but I was wondering if it could be from the cleat position? I have Speedplay X2 with a Specialized shoe...|

|My first guess would be that your straps are too tight. Check them during the ride as well in case your feet swell a bit.|

|I owned a few specialize MTB shoes in the pass and found in winter/fall riding my feet would burn. Too tight of circulation. You may need wider shoes. For me the problem was having a wool sock on, but this does point out how important circulation plays in shoes.
Don't laugh man. Not all shoes sizes are the same width. I can't wear some of the bargan shoes because they're narrow. I end up buying these $100+ shoes. Maybe a pair of shimano shoes will fit you better.
Just giving you another option to problem.
Hope you figure it out without buying new shoes.
