|Bet LeBlanc is regretting not inviting Coast to the Tour||BAi9302010|

|I think Leblanc made a huge mistake in overlooking Team Coast for the TDF. If I remember correctly, Coast was ranked somewhere in the 30's back during the Team selection and he wasn't looking for another rival for Lance (Zulle), because he already had Simoni. Then during the Giro, he made the decision to throw team Saeco out of the Tour because of Simoni's drug test and in doing so, he removed Lance's only "big name" rival. This gave Leblanc a perfect oportunity to invite Coast, who by that point of the season had moved up on the UCI list and it would have given Lance another "big name" rival (again, Zulle and also possibly Escartin). Despite this chance at reviving the Tour and putting back some of the hype and attention that was coming from the Lance/Simoni battle, he stupidly put in another shit French team (Bonjour or something).
Now, a few weeks later, Coast is ranked 9th in the world (ahead of USPS, which is 12th or 13th) on the Uci rankings, Zulle is leading the Tour of Switzerland and Fernando Escartin is ranked 16th on the UCI riders world rankings list.
