|Sigma RCS wireless computer system||tad|

|I recently purchased the Sigma RCS wireless system which converts any regular Sigma computer system to wireless.
I'm having problems with the transmitter (the piece that mounts to the fork). It seems like after getting rained on, the computer starts giving very erratic readings. I replace the transmitter piece, and everything returns to normal. This has happened twice now. Luckily, Sigma's customer service is very responsive.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any tips on how I can 'waterproof' the transmitter? Sigma's website describes the unit as completely watertight, but apparently it's not!

|I use the SIgma wireless on my mountain bike. I've ridden it through many stream crossing and never had a problem - I'd imagine lt's even been submerged (or close to it) on some of the crossings. I've had it (in it's wireless state) for over a year, and other than eating batteries, it works great.|| |
