Have her email me at Nick@PodiumBound.CA. Or if you want to win every arguement you ever have with her you can email me then give her the program pretending you wrote it. Then when your wrong you simply say... haven't I done a good job or coaching you??? And well you'll have a better shot of at least changing the center of attention away from how you messed up.

Yesterday afternoon I ate a whole box of it, cooked el-dente (sp?) and with a touch of milk, and had a good, strong ride, later in the evening.
