|Since following advise here, and adjusting my seat height based on links provided here, my knees are no longer hurting me,AND it seems like with the higher seat I can push forward on the pedals.. not just down, which enables me to push harder on hills, and stay geared a bit higher too.
Tonight I did 2 (back to back) 20 minute laps in Central Park. For me this is pretty fast. I am finally keeping up with more serious riders for awhile at aleast. I know this is not much, but feeling progress is great... I am liking my bike more and more. I would like to try a group ride someday soon.
