I think I found my problem...BC

I have had knee problems on my left knee the past few months and I couldn't find anything wrong. until this morning I noticed getting out of the shower with wet feet that I have an arch on the right and no arch on the left where the problem is. Could this be it, should I go see a podiatrist?
might try off the shelfDougSloan

Might try some off the shelf arch supports / orthotics first and see what happens. They helped me.

I have had great success with custom orthotics for relieving foot pain. Running friends with knee problems haven't had quite the miracle cure I have. There are many off the shelf supports to try that are much less costly than podiatry in both money and time. Try to find one that makes your foot feel relaxed and supported. I'd also recommend trying to find out if one leg is longer than the other as I associate knee pain with my saddle being too low. Good luck!
