Does anyone make/sell the plastic wedges that fit between the cleat and shoe? Seem to recall this product and want to try one out.

There used to be a product called the 'Big Meat' wedge, but it went out of vogue, and production, around 1998. You can accomplish the same thing using a piece of cardboard or other shim material.

I have shop near me that sells them. I think they have a website too. Just do a search in Google.

If you have a well equipped hobby store in your area that sells radio control airplane hardware, ask for some Ernest brand engine thrust wedges. You will want the "60" size or larger. Each package comes with three different wedges - with different angles on them. Of course, you will need two packages. Just trim them to fit under your cleat.

Good luck.
