Is Abici that bad re: shipping???namir in SoCal

I'm about to order a groupset from www.abicibikes.com, and I am a little concerned after reading some posts on here. I'm a student, and their prices are really good, and I want to order from them because it's easier than shopping for each part separately. Are they really that bad about shipping? Has anyone had a positive experience? I spoke with Clark this afternoon, and he said if I ordered this weekend, I'd have the groupset by wednesday, which is pretty darn good if it does in fact happen. Thoughts?

all the rest of my stuff came in today. chances are you will get it, but if they get it wrong (which, judging from recent posts, seems likely) it'll just take a while.

I ordered from Abici and 2 not so good things happened:
1. I never got a bill of sale and still haven't got it even though I was promised it. Therefore, if a part breaks under warantee, I have no receipt therefore no proof of purchase.
2. Wrongs parts were sent to me. I finally got this staightened out but it's a hassle.
I recommend that you fax Clark the exact items you want and the agreed upon price. Clark seems like a nice guy but his business practices aren't so good.

I'd have to say I mostly agree with dasho; Abici has really good prices and products, the shipping was really pretty timely (for me approximately 1 week), BUT--I ordered DA triple sti's to go with an ultegra triple group; the same day I specified the shimano part number for the shifters in an email, and I think confirmed it in a voice mail the following day, still the wrong DA shifters showed up (DA double sti's) and I'm now in the process of trying to fix this. The trouble may be more with the NY supplier that San Diego located Abici uses, I'm not sure. If you're real clear with them from the onset, particularly if you know part numbers, that might help. All in all, I'd probably order from them again.
