I'd like to see a bicycle messenger game where you have to fight off cars, bullies, buses, other cyclists, getting doored if you ride too close to parked cars. There would be different levels in different cities, London, Italy, Japan, NYC, Philadelphia, San Franscisco, LA, etc...You have to pick up packages and deliver them in a certain amount of time. You have to lock the bike up to deliver the packages. Packages delivered fast will get you a tip and you can visit the bike shop to buy bike upgrades. Sometimes you have to break traffic laws to deliver on time, get chased by the cops and lose them down an alley way only to be attacked by a dog. Your weapon is a U-lock. Any more ideas?
There was an old school one,TJeanloz

There was a similar game called 'paperboy' or something, which involved delivering papers by bicycle, and running over ladies with strollers while avoiding cars and getting the newspapers to the front porch.
YEs, but....tronracer

I bought this game with high hopes. Unfortunately, the game controls are awful.

I'm not sure how it all will work, but you will be the manager of a Tour Team.

From their web site:

"It's official Cycling Manger will be released in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Holland on june 28 with more countries to come shortly thereafter. The online gaming rooms will open on the same week so you will be able to benefit from the solo and multiplayer modes upon release."

Judging from the fact they have an English language page, I'm assuming there will be an English version. You can also download a demo.

Graphics are somewhat less than state of the art. Look at the riders in the shot below: There may not be doping, but there's a lot of cloning:
